Léo Gaudet, 56, of Moncton died Wednesday at Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton.
 Born in Moncton, he was a son of Edmée (Landry) and the late Placide Gaudet. He attended Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d’en-Haut.
Besides his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Gisèle of Montreal; two sons, Armand of Moncton and Ronald of High Prairie, Alta.; three sisters, Mrs. Roger Cormier (Dorilla) of Barachois, Dorice LeBlanc of Belliveau Village and Mrs. Leo Paul Richard (Dianne) of Gautreau Village; three brothers, Eddie and Ernest of Belliveau Village and Laurie of Memramcook ; several nieces and nephews.
The body is at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday at 2 p.m. at Notre Dame de l’Annonciation Roman Catholic Church with interment in the parish cemetery.
